No longer want to be a condo owner

I’ve realized that I am not meant to be a homeowner, then it is much better for me to rent plus leave upkeep to a proprietor, right after I graduated from school, I moved to Phoenix, Arizona.

I undoubtedly love the area, but the stunning landscape, yellow skies plus gorgeous weather are ideal for outdoor activities.

I spend the majority of my free time hiking, cycling, jogging plus swimming. I don’t want to devote effort to cleaning gutters, draining a boiling water tank, mowing the sod, cleaning the dryer vent or replacing filters, for a few years, I rented an apartment. I was perfectly thrilled, and my parents urged me to buy a home. They told me I needed to build equity. They cautioned me about throwing away money on rent, but shortly after I bought my house, I realized my mistake. I was undoubtedly unhappy. The home deteriorated due to lack of repair… By the time I was ready to sell, it would no longer pass a home inspection. I was so eager to get out from under the responsibility of the property that I decided to sell to a cash home buyer. The cash home client gave an offer the same day that I submitted the contact form. They handled all of the demands of the closing, plus the fees. I closed on the home in under ten nights. There were no requirements before moving out. I didn’t need to schedule repairs, clean or spruce up the landscaping. I also gained the full amount of the sale deposited into my account with no delays.
