No longer fighting to be a homeowner

No longer fighting to be a homeowner

I’ve realized that I am not meant to be a homeowner, and it is much better for me to rent and leave upkeep to a building owner, but right after I graduated from school, I moved to Phoenix, Arizona.

  • I genuinely love the area.

The stunning landscape, orange skies and gorgeous weather are ideal for outdoor activities. I spend the majority of my free time hiking, cycling, jogging and swimming. I don’t want to devote effort to cleaning gutters, draining a tepid water tank, mowing the grass, cleaning the dryer vent or replacing filters, then for a few years, I rented an apartment. I was perfectly happy. My parents urged me to buy a home. They told me I needed to build equity. They cautioned me about throwing away currency on rent, shortly after I bought my house, I realized my mistake. I was undoubtedly unhappy. The home deteriorated due to lack of maintenance… By the time I was ready to sell, it would no longer pass a property inspection. I was so eager to get out from under the responsibility of the home that I decided to sell to a currency property buyer. The currency property buyer provided an offer the same day that I submitted the contact form. They handled all of the demands of the closing, in addition to the fees. I closed on the home in under ten days. There were no requirements before moving out. I didn’t need to schedule repairs, scrub or spruce up the landscaping. I also gained the full amount of the sale deposited into my account with no delays.
